Most home office users don't have the time to hassle with bringing their computer to a Computer repair shop. We won't make our customers go through the process of unplugging all the wires, packing the PC up in the car, dropping it off for several days, going back to pick up the PC and attempting to set it all back up again. We make it easy for you, by going directly to your home or office to handle your computer troubleshooting and repair needs. We make it convenient for our customers to get their problems solved quickly. In extreme circumstances, we will pick up your PC, repair it in-house and deliver it back to you, plug in all your connections and let you give it a test drive before we leave. We also, give you a 30 Day Warranty on all our labor and a 90 Day to 1 year Warranty on all parts installed.
Repair services include:
PC Check-Up and Clean: Clean debris and dust from case, fans, defragment hard disk drive.
Diagnostic: Troubleshoot system to see if there are any unseen problems. Spyware/Virus Removal: We will remove harmful programs on your PC including but not limited to, Trojan horse/hacker programs, Viruses, Spyware, Adware and Hijacks
Data Migration (Transfer): transfer data or files from one computer to another or burn them to a CD/DVD disk.
Operating System Installation: Update or installation of Windows operating systems.
Setup a Data Backup or perform Data Recovery Service: What is a data backup? In short, it means making a copy of your information on your computer hard drive and storing it somewhere offsite where it is safe and secure. Onsite backups are the obvious choice: save everything to disks or portable hard drives and keep them somewhere safe. But, you will have to pay a IT Specialist to do your backups, order the media to store data on, program your computer to do the backup on a daily schedule (usually after business hours, since it will slow down you computer or server) and when the backup has finished, put it somewhere safe. There are problems with this approach: The storage begins to stack up after awhile and you will still have to pay for a IT Specialist to reinstall your data back onto your computer when you have a data disaster.
